On the morning of April 2, a delegation of Otto Von Guericke University Magdeburg (OVGU) led by Prof. Joachim Weimann, Dean of the Business School of OVGU, visited our School. He Linfu, from the OVGU Representative Office in China came to exchange. Liu Weiwei, Vice Dean of USSTBS, and members of Internationalization Construction Office participated in the exchange meeting. The meeting was presided over by Liu Weiwei.
Liu Weiwei warmly welcomed the OVGU delegation. He introduced the School's history, organizational structure, as well as faculty development. Focusing on the Internationalization strategy, he introduced the cooperation frameworks with international renowned universities, as well as the achievements in international accreditation such as AACSB and EQUIS in recent years.

And also, he highlighted the faculty, programs, and curriculums of OVGU Business School. Then he discussed the current German job market and elaborated on the collaborative opportunities and advantages between Chinese and German universities.

The delegation also visited the Intelligent Emergency Management Laboratory, observed a fire-fighting training in a warehouse on the 3D LED screen, and experienced the virtual emergency management platform.

Subsequently, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on cooperation opportunities such as the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), summer schools, as well as teacher-student exchanges, and reached a preliminary consensus on further cooperation.
